Distance healing -  The beauty of Reiki Distance Healing is that it works, no matter what the receiver is doing. You can still be at work, driving, eating a meal, playing sport, watching TV or even asleep and you will still gain the full benefits of the Reiki session.

You don’t need to be ill to benefit from Reiki Distance Healing. Many people take a proactive approach to their health and enjoy a regular Reiki Distance Healing session as preventive treatment to help keep their body, mind and spirit in harmony.

It would be most beneficial to book an  intensive course of sessions for an initial period of 5 - 7 days and then ‘booster sessions’ over a longer period of time.
