For those who are unable to receive a Reiki treatment in person, there is the option of distant Reiki. As explained in theories of quantum physics, energy is not limited to time and distance; everyone and everything is connected energetically. This is how Reiki can be administered no matter where the recipient is, even if they are on the other side of the world. The results that come from a distant Reiki treatment are the same as from a regular in-person treatment. 

The Reiki  will be given at a time when you are able to relax, it can be given during sleep but should not be given whilst driving as it can induce sleepiness.  Just like in an in-person session, you may feel some warmth, coldness or tingling in your body. By the end of a treatment, most people find themselves in a calm a relaxed state with a new sense of clarity and empowerment.

DIstant healing should only be given with the recipients permission.  It cannot do any harm, but the recipient needs to be open to receiving the healing energies.  If booking the five sessions, these will be sent on a weekly basis.
